Information you provide
If you submit a form, call, text, or email, the information may include your name, preferred contact method, email address, phone number, property address or neighborhood, situation, timeline, and notes.
Calculator inputs
Calculator numbers are processed in your browser. They are not included in a review request unless you choose the checkbox asking to include them. The calculator inputs and calculated results are not sent in this site’s custom analytics events.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a pricing or listing consultation, coordinate follow-up, maintain business records, and meet applicable brokerage and legal obligations. Submitting a property review request does not subscribe you to an ongoing newsletter.
Website measurement
The website uses Google Tag Manager and may use the analytics tags configured through it. Page views, referral information, and interaction events can help identify which resources lead to inquiries. Custom events for calculator use, downloads, contact clicks, and successful form submissions exclude the contact information you enter.
The site stores limited first-visit and session attribution in browser storage, including page paths, referring origins, and campaign labels. First-visit information expires after 90 days. Browser settings can restrict or clear storage. Attribution and analytics may be incomplete when storage or tracking is blocked.
Notice-related inquiries
If you choose the notice-of-default or scheduled-sale option, you may provide the sale date printed on your notice. That optional date is included in your inquiry to Ari, not in custom analytics events. It is not a verified auction date or a request to stop or postpone a sale.
Forms and service providers
Form requests are processed through Netlify and may be shared with Equity Union Real Estate and service providers supporting the website or lead handling. Information may also be shared with appropriate professional advisors in connection with your request. Information is not sold as a standalone data product.
Your choices and requests
Contact Ari to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information where applicable, or to ask that follow-up stop. Some information may need to be retained for transaction, brokerage, or legal purposes. Avoid sending sensitive legal or financial documents through the general contact form.
